About 22-HIM-C2S
The 22-HIM-C2S is a Human Interface Module (HIM) that is used incompatible with the PowerFlex 520 series adjustable frequency AC drives. This HIM is an accessory module that is typically mounted to the enclosure front panel or door. It is primarily used for local configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the host drive. This module can be installed and mounted to different drives and is capable of performing standard and additional operations such as the CopyCat feature. With the CopyCat feature, the 22-HIM-C2S can be used to store the existing parameters of an operating drive and save the data within the HIM’s local memory. Conversely, the same function permits the transfer of the stored data to the drive for restoration of parameters which may contribute to a significantly lowered troubleshooting time. This same module permits renaming of existing CopyCat files or deletion of old files. The 22-HIM-C2S comes with a variety of control buttons such as Escape, Select, Back, Up, Down, ALT, Jog, On / Off, and other operational buttons. It is delivered with a2 meter communication cable that enables the 22-HIM-C2S to communicate with the host drive remotely. It supports Digital motor control and speed operation as well as other operator functions. It comes with an enclosure rating of IP66 (NEMA type 4X/12). The 22-HIM-C2S is available in Series A and C only with series B intentionally skipped by the manufacturer.
The 22-HIM-C2S module is a Human Interface Module (HIM) that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley as part of the PowerFlex 4 product series. It features a remote panel-mounted LCD display and digital speed control and it has copycat functionality. This interface module has an IP rating of IP 66 and it is enclosed inside a NEMA Type 4X/12 rated enclosure which is suitable only for indoor use. This enclosure is compatible for use with the PF4M/400 devices. This interface module is designed to provide the operators with a powerful motor control device in a compact and space-saving design. The PowerFlex 4 AC drives, including the 22-HIM-C2S PowerFlex 4 human-machine interface module, are small in size and are some of the most cost-effective parts in the larger Allen-Bradley PowerFlex drives product line.
